Founded in 2018, Messina draws on Oscar Piccau’s extensive experience in the construction industry – to make luxury living more accessible to aspiring Aussie homeowners than ever before.

I have over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and have worked with a prominent Builder/Developer for approximately 12 years doing a range of projects from luxury penthouse apartments, townhouses, and medium density apartments”, says Oscar.

Today, the Messina team and formidable partnerships with external Consultants have allowed us to form a team of the best Builders and designers in the industry. We share a common goal of developing and delivering luxurious new houses, duplexes, and apartments to all our clients on brief and most importantly on budget.

Project Initiation

We will liaise with the appropriate authorities through the construction process to ensure a seamless build.

Completion & Handover

Once the process is completed, you can add the extra finesse to your house by turning it into the home you have forever imagined. We can recommend our preferred Interior Designers who will help add those extra touches of luxury to your newly, built project.
